The town centre, harbour and beach are within walking distance as is the beautiful Babbacombe Bay. We are also one of the closest properties to the International Language Schools.Torquay is a great base to explore the south coast of Devon with places like Paignton,Brixham,Dartmouth being a short journey away as is the cities of Exeter and Plymouth

When staying at The Albaston, one can unwind in the elegant guest lounge, or on our private south facing  Japanese style decking area and take in the sun

Why not relax in our Oscars Gin Bar with its over 25 different Gins and where you may enjoy your favourite drink or sample our selection of local beers, lagers and wines whilst relaxing watching our huge Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV or listening to our 1953 Roc Ola juke box.Perhaps you might like to play Chess,Backgammon,cards or some other games on our games table?  And now for those who love a little electronic gaming our new coffee table converts into a high tech games table with everything from Space Invaders to Street Fighter 

Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room where you can enjoy a hearty, modern English Breakfast, all freshly cooked with locally sourced or produced ingredients and complimented by our well stocked breakfast bar complete with daily specials of home made jams,muesli,yogurts and bread

We provide on-site CCTV monitered parking for our guests complemented with unrestricted on-street parking on our newly resurfaced resin car park with its amazing lighting  also now comes with an electric car charging point for the new breed of electric cars
