Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking or the minimum of one nights stay whichever is the greater. Deposits can be paid through our secure online booking system on this web-page or by telephone with a debit or credit card. Business and Premium Cards may attract a service charge.
Bookings must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date to obtain a refund of your deposit minus a cancellation fee of £25.00.
Any cancellation made less than 7 days in advance of your arrival will attract a 75% of the total booking being charged.
In the event of a no show an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. We would always recommend taking out Travel Insurance.
Standard Check-in is from 3.00pm (15.00h) until 7.00pm (19.00h). We would kindly request that you let us know as soon as is convenient your intended arrival time as we like to personally greet all of our guests upon arrival. Late check-in is available by prior arrangement.
The Albaston operates a no-smoking policy, a smoking area is available outside.
The Albaston does not accept guest under the age of 14, stag or hen parties and whilst we love our animal friends, we do not accept pets at The Albaston.
We provide on-site CCTV monitered parking for our guests (on a first come first serve basis) complemented with unrestricted on-street parking.
